Babes Helpin' Babes was founded by a group of creative women at Signal Theory, an ad agency with offices in Kansas City, Missouri, and Wichita, Kansas. In a male-dominated industry, they saw a need for a space that listened to and supported women, and in a matter of months, 30 members grew to over 60 active members.
